• PFB writers took a chance to revise predictions going into the second half of the football season (PFB)
• Five players you can expect to see more of in the second half of OSU’s football season (Tulsa World)
• The amount of money OSU will reportedly make off the NIL concerts this spring is amazing:
Now, after the bands, promoters, and other entities takes their fees and cuts the concert is to benefit NIL at Oklahoma State for athletics and football. The initial thought with one concert was that NIL at OSU would take in somewhere between $500-to-700,000.
With four concerts sold out, I was told the expected take for NIL in athletics will be between $3.2-and-$3.5 million.
• Cowboy Cross Country is eyeing national title number six (SI)
• Fair comments here in the analysis of what bowl game CBS Sports is projecting the Cowboys to (HCS)
Non-OSU Bullets
• “Project Rudy” is floating around – a 70-team proposal for college football with relegation and guaranteed slots for blue-bloods
• Gosh this article on growing kids is fantastic – love the part on time travel movies and the quote on getting lost in camera rolls.
And I wouldn’t even think of giving up who you are now to have them back. [Action Cookbook]
