Daily Bullets (Oct. 27): Second Half Pattern for OSU, HBD Coach Morris

• Cowboys brought home a handful of awards this week (PFB)

• Happy late birthday to head coach Eric Morris who turned 41 yesterday (X)

• Pokes got the six-day window exercised for their game against Kansas State (X)

• We’re seeing a pattern develop for the Cowboys in the second half of games:

OSU allowed 279 yards in the first half and just 120 in the second, turning a one-point deficit into a 34-0 second-half beatdown. The Cowboys scored on 11 of their 13 possessions. We saw them separate from UCF in the second half and make a late run at Houston, too. It’s becoming a pretty familiar pattern. [Open for Business]

• ICYMI – three Cowboys were injured playing against Colorado (PFB)

• Mestemaker is putting together one heck of a highlight reel.

Drew Mestemaker is 1.01 in the 2027 NFL Draft

• What the Thunder can do next after two major injuries – KOC says go for it • Reeses ranked the best places to trick or treat in the US
