Daily Bullets (Sept. 14): We’ll Cross Tulsa’s Goal and Then We’ll Sing ‘Oklahoma State’
Go Pokes, beat the Golden Hurricane.
Three Thoughts
• All the preview content for game three: kick time and TV info, predictions, and three things to know about TU (PFB)
• This video of the Cowboy Basketball team trying to pick their opponents based on emojis is hilarious – a great way to humanize these players and see their personalities (X)
• This preview of the OSU-Tulsa game is spot on:
If we know anything about Oklahoma State, it’s that the Cowboys can both turn any game into a close one and win said game with whatever sorcery is necessary. With games against Utah and Kansas State on deck, however, it would probably serve them well to actually win this one comfortably, as projected. Kevin Wilson’s Tulsa squad can move the ball, though.
Three Quotes
• This looks awesome:

• Talk about a program changer.
When Mike Gundy took over as head coach in 2005, the #okstate football program had an all-time record of 473-496-48 (48.9%). Since then, Coach Gundy has a record of 168-79 overall (68%). He is 97-29 at home (76.9%) and 56-41 away (57.7%).

• Former Cowboy got called up – congrats to Donny Walton:

One Question
• There’s a 75 percent chance that OSU wins by a minimum of what amount today: seven, ten, or 14?
Non-OSU Bullets
• Couple of reads on “doing nothing” – the life sabbatical and doing nothing
• The tyranny of the penny
It was hard to live in Tulsa not having the Thunder, this may push me over the edge to move to OKC:
Yesterday, the OKC Planning Commission approved the rezoning of a site at NW 16th and Broadway for a new Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. It will be the first Oklahoma location for the chain. @Pappadeaux pic.twitter.com/ZKVC7Xiv3B
