Now Rising is a 25-year-old, seventh-year college quarterback. As much a Utah mainstay as the Mormon Temple and the Wasatch Mountains. He’s 10 months older and way more famous than OSU’s Bowman, yet somehow has less tread on the tires. Bowman has played in 43 college games, Rising in 29.
