Another Cowboy is headed to L.A.

Former Oklahoma State defensive end Anthony Goodlow signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent Saturday. Former OSU receiver Leon Johnson III is also headed west after signing with the Chargers. The 2024 NFL Draft concluded Saturday evening without any Cowboys being selected. Former OSU defensive end Nathan Latu also joined Goodlow and Johnson in taking the UDFA route to the NFL, signing with the New Orleans Saints.

Both Goodlow and Johnson were in Stillwater for only one season after transferring as super seniors. Goodlow made the shortest trip from Tulsa, where he was a three-year starter and earned second team All-AAC honors in 2022. Goodlow was immediately a 6-foot-5, 280-pound force on OSU’s defensive line. He started nine of the Cowboys’ last 10 games in 2023 and appeared in all of them. Goodlow led OSU’s defensive line with 42 tackles, as well as seven tackles for loss and three sacks. He had a season-high six tackles in OSU’s win over Cincinnati. Goodlow also recorded at least one tackle in all but the first game of the season.

Goodlow originally hailed from Del City, where he was a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports and Rivals.
