Former Utah State Tight End Grayson Brousseau Transferring to Oklahoma State

The Cowboys have taken another tight end via the transfer portal.

Utah State transfer Grayson Brousseau has signed with Oklahoma State, according to CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz. Listed at 6-foot-5, 220 pounds Brousseau was a freshman with the Aggies last season, playing in four games while preserving his redshirt. He has four seasons of eligibility remaining.

Out of Lehi, Utah, Brousseau was a three-star prospect in the 2024 recruiting class. 247Sports ranked him as the No. 89 tight end in the class and the No. 20 player from the state of Utah. He picked Utah State over reported offers from BYU, Colorado State, UNLV, Air Force and others.

He was a four-year starter at Lehi, catching 92 passes for 1,151 yards and 11 touchdowns in his high school career. He had 46 catches for 612 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior.

While at Utah State, Brousseau worked under new OSU tight ends coach DJ Tialavea. Brousseau becomes the second tight end Tialavea has brought over from the Aggies, with Will Monney also making the Utah State-to-Oklahoma State move.

OSU also recently picked up a high school commitment from a tight end out of Lehi High School in Bryton Niu.

Brousseau is the second tight end the Cowboys have added from the portal in the past two days after BYU transfer Carson Suesue announced his OSU commitment on Sunday. It makes four tight ends the Cowboys have gotten through the portal overall with Oscar Hammond (North Texas) joining Monney and Suesue. And the room still has returners Josh Ford and Quinton Stewart.
