Four-star RB Deondrick Glass Enjoys ‘Great Time’ Visiting With Mike Gundy
Gundy dropped in on OSU’s top RB target.
Four-star running back Deondrick Glass has had quite the busy week.
On Tuesday, Alabama coach Nick Saban and his assistant, Jeff Banks, paid him a visit in person. On Thursday, OSU coach Mike Gundy did the same. This weekend, he’s expected to take an official visit to Miami.
As for Gundy’s visit, Glass said he had a “great time” with him and even fired out a little “go pokes” at the end of a tweet from Wednesday night.

Our slack room couldn’t help but notice that Glass looked significantly more pleased in his pic with Saban than with Gundy. This means nothing, of course, but still!
Glass is one of OSU’s top remaining Class of 2019 recruiting targets as OSU hurdles towards the finish line for signing day. The Pokes picked up a commitment this weekend from junior college running back Dezmon Jackson, but with Justice Hill and J.D. King on the outs, Glass would be a major pickup late in the cycle.
Other programs are thinking the same, however.
Alabama remains a factor, Miami has entered the mix as a potential contender, and Georgia, Texas and Michigan are all factors according to his most recent top 6 schools list.
Glass is committing on Jan. 14 on ESPN.
