Another early offer in the Eric Morris Era has gone out, and it’s to a junior college offensive lineman.

Garden City’s Steven Moore announced Sunday night that he had received an offer from Oklahoma State.

Listed at 6-foot-5, 310 pounds out of Memphis, Moore committed to Arkansas State just last week — a few days before taking an official visit to Florida State. He also has offers to North Texas (under Morris), Fresno State, Charlotte, Western Kentucky, East Carolina and others. Per his X profile, Moore will graduate in December.

247Sports considers Moore the No. 60 prospect in junior college football this cycle, listing him as the No. 10 junior college offensive tackle (though he played at guard at Garden City).

The early signing period opens Wednesday for the 2026 class, and things are still a bit fluid in Stillwater as the Cowboys transition into the Morris Era after the university hired the North Texas coach last week. Morris is staying with UNT to close out the Mean Green’s season before taking over full time at OSU.

The Cowboys have six pledges in their class, all from the high school ranks. OSU lost a pair of commitments on Sunday when tight end Bryton Niu and offensive lineman Aiden Martin announced they’d be reopening their recruitments.

Along with this offer to Moore, four-star linebacker Carson Crawford announced an OSU offer shortly after Morris accepted the job.
