Live Blog: Oklahoma State Takes on Nebraska for Third at National Duals Invitational
The Cowboys open the day with the Hawkeyes.

TULSA — The Cowboys are back in the 918 on Sunday morning, as they renew a rivalry with the Hawkeyes in the National Duals Invitational.
Oklahoma State and Iowa get going at 10 a.m. The other semifinal features Nebraska taking on Ohio State. Winners advance to the finals, obviously, and losers will meet in the third-place bout at noon.

Oklahoma State vs. Iowa
125: No. 2 Troy Spratley vs. No. 10 Dean Peterson
First Period:Â After getting poked in the eye shortly after the whistle, Spratley secures the match’s first takedown to take a 3-0 lead.
Peterson gets a reversal and nearly stuck Spratley. Officials awarded only a 2-point reversal, but the Iowa corner challenges. The officials came back and it looked like stuck with his initial call, but now another guy is looking at the replay. The Brands brother are not happy, I think it’s fair to say.
So after all that, it’s 3-2 Spratley. Peterson is on top, but Spratley has 1:25 in riding time.
Peterson rides out the period, pushing Spratley’s riding time down to 58 seconds.
Second Period:Â Spratley escapes to start the second, pushing his advantage to 4-2 with 52 seconds of riding time.
Peterson gets hit with a stall warning after an exchange on the edge of the mat. That’s how the period ends, with Spratley still up 4-2.
Third Period:Â Peterson elects neutral to start the third, in need of a takedown.
