LIVE UPDATES

FINAL: OSU 14, UCF 17

OSU 14, UCF 14: Q4 9:12

The Knights tied it up taking advantage of OSU’s fourh-straight three-and-out.

OSU 14, UCF 0: Q3 8:45

But the Cowboys do get a stop but then stall at midfield.

OSU 7, UCF 0: Q3 13:40

The Cowboys followed up that quick TD drive allowed with a three-and-out of their own. Momentum could be slipping a bit for the Pokes.

OSU 7, UCF 0: Q3 14:39

That’s one way to steal back the momentum.

UCF QB Tayven Jackson hit Dylan Wade for an 83-yard TD on the first pass of the third quarter.

HALFITME: OSU 14, UCF 0

The Cowboys grew their lead to 14 on a Zane Flores touchdown run. The 12-play drive followed up back-to-back three-and-outs for the Pokes and was then followed up by a second interception, this one by LaDainian Fields. The Knights will take the ball first at the start of the third.

OSU 7, UCF 0: Q2 6:25

The Cowboys’ defense continues to stifle the Knights. That’s three punts and an interception on UCF’s four possessions. Robertson continues to show out, Cam Smith nabbed that interception and Malik Charles added a nice physical tackle for loss, playing with a torn labrum.

END OF Q1: OSU 7, UCF 0

The Cowboys held the Knights to just 43 total yards of offense in the first quarter and nine rushing yards. Parker Robertson is still on fire from last week.

OSU 7, UCF 0: Q1 1:14

The Pokes got the stop but stall themselves after a fourth-and-1 attempt comes up short. TO on downs. Knights take over at their own 37.

OSU 7, UCF 0: Q1 8:06

Well, that was quick.

The Cowboys strike first on a 13-play, 75-yard touchdown drive. Zane Flores was 5-for-7 for 55 yards and a TD to Gavin Freeman.

Oklahoma State is on the road for the final time in 2025 and the Cowboys are still scratching for that elusive Big 12 win.

The Cowboys come in 1-9 (0-7) and will face the Knights 4-6 (1-6) for not much more than bragging rights — though UCF will be honoring its seniors. The Cowboys have been edging closer to a win. The defense is on the upward swing after holding Kansas State to 16 points last week and Zane Flores continues to settle in after missing a month with injury. He had four turnovers (two of them bad turnovers) and OSU still lost by just a touchdown.

The Knights’ long Big 12 win was a blowout over West Virginia, but that was a month ago and UCF has been blown out twice since (Baylor by 27 and Tech by 39), though the Knights lost by 3 to Houston between those two. Something has got to give.
