Baker Mayfield won the Heisman Trophy on Saturday night in a landslide ahead of finalists Bryce Love and Lamar Jackson. He finished first in voting in all six of the Heisman voting regions and took home 86 percent of the total possible points — the third-highest all-time.

Although OSU’s Mason Rudolph wasn’t a finalist, he did get quite a bit of national love. No. 2 finished seventh in the Heisman voting this season and garnered 56 total points, just behind Wisconsin’s Jonathan Taylor and ahead of UCF’s McKenzie Milton.

He also got two first place votes!

Here’s a look at the final Heisman tallies.

Finish Player School Total points
1 Baker Mayfield Oklahoma 2,398
2 Bryce Love Stanford 1,300
3 Lamar Jackson Louisville 793

As far as awards season goes, Rudolph isn’t going home completely empty-handed. On Friday, he was awarded the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award over Mayfield, NC State’s Ryan Finley, and Ohio State’s J.T. Barrett which takes into account on-field results as well as “character, citizenship, scholastic achievement, leadership qualities, and athletic abilities.”
