Check out which freshmen have seen action thus far in 2018.

Only four of OSU’s newcomers from the 2018 recruiting class saw the field this past weekend against South Alabama in Kolby Peel, Jarrick Bernard, Mike Scott and Tanner McCalister. Of the four, only McCalister could call it an official OSU regular season debut.

The other three names made their season debut for the Pokes a week ago against Missouri State. So through two weeks of football, a total of nine newcomers from the 2018 recruiting class (excluding grad transfers) have participated in live action.

We’ll be tracking this for the remainder of the season with a specific radar for which freshman are eligible to put the new redshirt rule to use — allowing players to participate in four games while still preserving their redshirt.

Let’s get up-to-date with a look at which players have been thrust into action and which haven’t, along with an updated look at the season statistics and the stats from the USA game. Here is Week 1’s tracker if you’re interested in looking back.
