Oklahoma State Big 12 Wrestling Preview: Everything You Need to Know for This Weekend

The Cowboys hit the Big 12 tournament in Tulsa at the BOK Center Saturday and Sunday going after their 52nd conference title. Here’s a summary of our coverage and everything you need to know on the tournament.

How to watch: Session’s 1-3 are only available on Flowrestling. The finals are at 6:00 p.m. Sunday on Fox Sports Southwest. Flo has a feature called Floarena that provides live scoring and other information.

Listen: Stillwater radio will be covering the tournament, but you may have to click around to keep up. Saturday it’ll be on 94.3 FM and AM 780 due to basketball and baseball, but Sunday it should be 93.7

Schedule:

Saturday March 3

Session I -11:00 a.m.
Preliminary & Quarterfinal Matches

Session II – 5:00 p.m.
Semifinal & Consolation Quarterfinal Matches

Sunday March 4

Session III – 12 p.m.
Consolation Semifinals, 3rd & 5th Place Matches

Session IV – 6:00 p.m.
Championship Matches

Overall you should expect the Cowboys to win. If it’s an interesting team race the Cowboys aren’t wrestling well or Wyoming or South Dakota State are wrestling out of their minds. There are some great individual matchups in this one though and also some guys fighting to make the NCAA tournament, which is always fun to watch.

The tournament will be in Tulsa for the next three years.
