Oklahoma State was again in the “receiving votes” category of the Week 4 AP Top 25. An expanded poll would’ve put the Cowboys at No. 30, one spot up from last week.

The Cowboys will travel to the No. 11 Texas on Sunday. The Longhorns are one of five Big 12 schools in the top 25, joining No. 2 Baylor, No. 5 Kansas, No. 8 West Virginia and No. 14 Texas Tech. The Pokes are the only other Big 12 team that received votes.

OSU hasn’t been in the AP Top 25 since Feb. 16, 2015, when Travis Ford’s team was No. 22.

The Pokes open their Big 12 schedule Wednesday when they host 5-2 TCU before traveling to Austin on Sunday.
