OSU Offering Free Admission to TCU Basketball Game Wednesday
Free hoops!
Normally you have to attend an overtime game to get free basketball. Not so with the OSU-TCU game on Wednesday evening in Stillwater.
With classes canceled and snow blanketing the campus, the show will go on at GIA. The 0-8 Cowboys will take on the 4-4 Horned Frogs in a game KenPom says is one of the few potential wins left on OSU’s slate.
Here’s the statement from OSU.
Despite the wintry weather that canceled classes at Oklahoma State University, tonight’s Cowboy basketball game against TCU will proceed as planned with free admission to all fans. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on Big 12 Now on ESPN+. Fans who enter the arena for free are asked to allow those with tickets to sit in their ticketed seats.
Given the circumstances, I’m not real sure how lively GIA is gong to be tonight, but if you go I think you’ll probably see OSU’s first conference win of the new decade.
