There’s a lot going on in Boone Pickens Stadium on Saturday, and the Cowboys are dressing up for the occasion.

In addition to a visit from Arkansas, Oklahoma State will stripe the stadium orange and white and induct College Football Hall of Famer and former NFL All-Pro induct Leslie O’Neal into its Ring of Honor.

For the occasion, the Cowboys are going with a fresh tri-color look. Orange jersey, white pants, capped with a black and orange brand lid.

This look will also contrast nicely with the Razorbacks’ Red-White-White look. Let’s hope the on-field matchup lives up to the uni matchup.

OSU has worn Black-Orange-White only three times prior to this since the start of 2011 and is 2-1 in those games. The most recent was a 2022 loss to West Virginia. This is the first time OSU has worn B-O-W in the current uniform set.

The look is a nod back to the Cowboys’ B-O-W uniforms that they were during O’Neal’s time in Stillwater. OSU added a nice “99” patch for his Ring of Honor induction.

Due credit to Dekota who came this close with his correct uniform scheme prediction, only missing by the type of brand on the helmet. And once again, friend of the site Justin Southwell must have the inside scoop.

The Pokes and the Hogs will kick off at 11 a.m. in Boone Pickens Stadium.
