PFB Update and Schedule: Soccer and Football Unbeaten

Oklahoma State’s football team might not be the best squad on its campus this fall as soccer is off to a 7-0-1 start following a sweep of the Fightin’ Underwoods and the Fightin’ J.W. Walshes over the weekend. Let’s take a look at what’s on tap for this week as football heads to Pennsylvania and the other sports march on.

Oklahoma State Games

• Mon-Tue, September 11-12: Women’s golf in Albuquerque, New Mexico — All day
• Fri-Sun, September 15-17: Men’s golf tournament in Illinois — All day
• Fri-Sun, September 15-17: Men’s tennis in California — All day
• Fri-Sun, September 15-17: Women’s tennis in Bahamas — All day
• Friday, September 15: Soccer at San Francisco — 9 p.m.
• Saturday, September 16: Football at Pittsburgh — 11 a.m. (ABC/ESPN)
• Sunday, September 17: Soccer at California — 1 p.m.

Oklahoma State Records

• Football: 2-0 (T1 in B12)
• Women’s soccer: 7-0-1 (2nd in B12)

Oklahoma State Media Appearances

Mike Gundy will have his weekly press conference today at 11 a.m. We will have notes shortly after it ends. Football players will be available after practice on Tuesday.

PFB Coverage

Hayden Barber will be in Stillwater on Tuesday for practice. Thomas Fleming is sitting down with soccer coach Colin Carmichael and will have something on the women’s soccer team later this week.

We will not be sending anyone to the Pittsburgh game, but we will have plenty of coverage on the site all day on Saturday. We will provide postgame analysis, and Carson and I will do our postgame show on Facebook Live and Periscope. For Periscope, you just have to make sure you’re following us. Also, Carson and I will tape two podcasts. One will be on Tuesday (hopefully with a guest), and the other will be a live show on Thursday. You can watch it on Facebook, and then we’ll turn it into a pod later on in the day.
