Watch: Brad Underwood Says Goodbye to SFA, Talks Stillwater
Brad Underwood has been hired by Oklahoma State. You might have heard by now. Here is his outgoing press conference at Stephen F. Austin. He talks a lot about Oklahoma State, GIA and the future. It’s pretty good.
“The tradition and the culture there … I took this job because of the culture here and because of the success this program had and that means everything to me. And all those things are there in Stillwater.
“It’s one of the great venues of all time. To be afforded the opportunity to coach on that floor in that conference where the greats have been … I’m a dream big guy and that’s been a lifelong dream. I’m very excited about that opportunity.
“I think you can win big there. Coach Sutton took them to the Final Four. It’s arguably the best league in the country every year. To play in one of the elite, iconic buildings in all of college basketball … their fans are incredible.”
