OSU Bullets
• Although it feels like it has been three months since OSU has played, the Cowboys should move up in the rankings again Sunday after losses from No. 5/6 North Carolina and No. 3 Georgia. (It will be interesting to see if voters put OSU ahead of Georgia.)
• Another former Cowboy golfer is in contention heading into Sunday, but this one is a little unexpected. Talor Gooch is T2 and three shots off the lead in The CJ Cup at Shadow Creek. Viktor Hovland could also secure another Top 20 finish.
• OSU made the final three for a massive 2021 prospect.
• This is … not a great look given the circumstances:
• OSU has done a phenominal job marketing its men’s basketball program ahead of this season. It’s been great the past few years, but with Cade adding a bigger spotlight, it makes the work Stephen Howard and Courtney Bay do stand out even more.
• Mike Boynton said some good stuff this week on being patient with the 2021 recruiting class.
• OSU’s No. 1 football recruit in its 2018 class is headed to Washington State.
Non-OSU Bullets
• Here’s an incredibly touching story from Jacob Unruh on a high school basketball coach’s close call with COVID.
• How is any of this physically possible?
