โข Mike Boynton agreed to a seven-year contract extension with the OSU Cowboys – my take: I like it a lot more than most anybody not named Bill Self coaching in Stillwater
PS: officially announced as well as “reported”, pic of him signing here
โข Key detail about the Boynton extension given the reality that OSU has a lame duck athletic director currently:
Details of the deal are unclear, but one thing has already crystallized: Both Holder and Weiberg are willing to put their name beside Boynton and his bright future. With so much at stake for both โ in 2017 for Holder and now in 2021 for Weiberg โ itโs an especially powerful vote of confidence.

โข ProFootballFocus says the Baltimore Ravens would be lucky to snag Tylan Wallace in the second round for his fit in their offense:
If Baltimore could get its hands on Tylan Wallace, it could pay off big. All Wallace did at Oklahoma State was play out wide a whopping 86% of the time, procuring an 89.1 receiving grade there.
The Ravens’ first-round draft slot puts them in a sort of no-man’s land, but getting Wallace in the second round would provide Jackson a nice contested-catch type of receiver on the outside.

โข Poor Marcus Smart – not quite “own basket” bad here but didn’t realize he got a fresh shot clock and heaved it unnecessarily
โข Not bad!
