• An update on two former Cowboy quarterbacks – Hauss Hejny and Zane Flores – as they enter spring ball.

Hejny entered the transfer portal and seemed like the obvious choice of new coach Jim Mora Junior. With one caveat: Mora later brought in his 2025 Connecticut backup, Ksaan Farrar, who threw only 18 passes as a freshman…

 

At Iowa State, new coach Jimmy Rogers brought in Arkansas State transfer QB Jaylen Raynor, who is expected to start. When Rogers talked about the Cyclone quarterback outlook, Flores got the third mention. [TulsaWorld]
