Mason Rudolph Compares Texas Game to SEC Atmosphere
Mason Rudolph is about to face the biggest, but likely not best, road crowd he’s ever faced in his life. He recently compared the experience to going to SEC games back in South Carolina.
Rudolph, remember, was offered by LSU and Ole Miss and recruited by Tennessee, Vanderbilt and Georgia. So what does he think about heading to Darrell K. Royal Memorial Stadium?
“It will be awesome — like going to SEC games back in the Southeast when I was in high school,” said Rudolph, who hails from South Carolina and is 5-1 as the Cowboys’ starting QB. “It’s what every quarterback wants to do. You want to play in front of a big crowd, in a hostile environment. It will be a tough road game.”
I can’t wait.
