Rickie Fowler Is Going to Be the GameDay Guest Picker, Isn’t He?
I asked Rickie Fowler earlier this year how many OSU football games he was going to make it to this season. He told me he was going to get to one in November. Little did either of us know that he might be tabbed as the College GameDay picker for that game.
That’s how it appears, though. Fowler put this on Instagram earlier this week and tagged College GameDay as well as ESPN. That seems like an odd thing to do if you aren’t going to be the picker.
Even though this will be the fifth time GameDay has come to Stillwater, OSU has (to my knowledge) only had one celebrity guest picker (Marcus Smart). They didn’t have one in 2010 for some reason and the guest picker didn’t exist before 2009.
