How Oklahoma State Football Recruits Fared in Week 5
CJ Moore helped lead Union to an instant classic win over Owasso and Jahmyl Jeter averaged over 10 yards per carry for the second week in a row. Here’s a look at how Oklahoma State recruits performed in week five.
Spencer Sanders, Quarterback
Sanders was lethal once again this week going 20-25 passing with three scores and 293 yards. He also ran for one score on the ground in a 42-13 dismantling of Denton HS to keep Denton Ryan undefeated.
CJ Moore, Wide Receiver
Moore helped lead his Union Redskins to a thrilling 44-41 overtime victory over Owasso last week by providing six catches for 109 yards, including a 49 yard touchdown. Post game, he told the Tulsa World that it was an “amazing experience.” Union is now the favorites to win the state title.

Jahmyl Jeter, Running Back
Brennan and San Antonio Warren got out to a quick 14-14 tie before Brennan ripped off 31 unanswered points to coast to a 45-14 victory. Jeter went for 141 yards on the ground and scored four times. Jeter was able to cruise to an easy 10.8 yards-per-carry. The Bears moved to 3-2 on the season with the win.
Jonathon Shepherd, Wide Receiver
Kilgore finished just 2-5 passing on the night but was able to beat Palestine 31-21. Jonathon Shepherd caught one of the two Bulldog completions, which went for 70 yards and a touchdown. Shepherd now has three catches for 70 yards or more in the last two weeks.
Jaelyn Nolan, Athlete
Nolan sat due to injury again this week and Brownfield got pummeled 50-7 by 2016 state runner up Wylie.
