Chicago Bears Waive Former OSU Receiver Jhajuan Seales

The Chicago Bears waived quarterback Connor Shaw on Tuesday in order to make room for the signing of veteran wide receiver Victor Cruz. But hours later, the organization rescinded the move, electing to bring back Shaw and instead waiving former OSU wide receiver Jhajuan Seales, the team announced.
Seales signed with the Bears as a free agent after going undrafted.
At OSU, Seales recorded 1,785 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns, and had his most productive season as a senior where he caught four touchdowns and had 615 yards through the air. His production landed him just outside the top 10 in career receiving yards as a Cowboy.
