Cowboys Don Traditional White-Orange-White Uniform Combo for Season Opener vs. UT-Martin
OSU goes with old faithful for the season opener.
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
There is plenty that could use fixing from last year’s OSU football season, but it did include a winning Week 1 uni combination. So why break with tradition.
Oklahoma State will wear a White-Orange-White jersey kit with a traditional OSU branded helmet for the Cowboys’ season opener against UT-Martin. It’s the third year in a row they opened Boone Pickens Stadium in these threads. Unlike last year’s season opener against South Dakota State, this lid comes sans the stripe.

The Cowboys are 15-2 in W-O-W since the start of the 2011 season, and those weren’t all against FCS opponents. Think Baylor in 2017 and Boise State and Texas in 2018. The lone loss in these duds during that span was in 2017 to TCU. A little superstition couldn’t hurt this comeback campaign.
