The Cowboys were recently ranked college football’s most watchable team.
1. Oklahoma State (23 points)
Yes, you’re reading this right. With one of the country’s best quarterbacks (Mason Rudolph) and best wide receivers (James Washington) leading a high-flying offense, and their mullet-wearing, rattlesnake-hunting head coach running the show, the Cowboys are the most entertaining team to watch in college football. And, if Mike Gundy screws it up, OSU billionaire booster T. Boone Pickens won’t be afraid to tell us all about it. [ESPN]
There’s a no-holds-barred personality on the sideline, Heisman hopefuls and a team that seems to always take it down to the wire. Worth the price of admission.
Mike, Junior
Bobby A. highlighted Mike Gundy’s middle child Gunnar and talked about his athletic exploits as Stillwater High’s quarterback. Two things stuck out: his lineage…
If you add up the quarterbacks in the two families it comes to four as Mike and his brother Cale both played quarterback and Kristen’s two brothers both played quarterback and one of them, Craig Strickland was a record setting quarterback in AF2 Arena League football.
… and his recent scrimmage performance.
Gundy took virtually all of the important snaps for Stillwater in the scrimmage and the unofficial tally had him with six touchdown passes including several long balls. He needs to add more arm strength but for this level he has plenty and he is accurate. He stays in there with his motion and throws on balance. You can see what kind of ball he throws, in baseball they call it a rope. His deep passes are exceptional for being a sophomore in high school. [GoPokes $$$]

Gosh Carson is a hoss.
Chris Carson is getting extended work with the first team O. He's making a strong case to be in the rotation permanently. #Seahawks #KCvsSEA pic.twitter.com/pcO24Rg8In
