OSU Bullets

If you want to be excited about Spencer Sanders’ upcoming season, read this piece or just enjoy the excerpt below.

Sanders’ film is extremely fun. He’s an aggressive and accurate passer who looks for downfield opportunities and can extend plays to get those downfield shots by moving within the pocket or scrambling away from pressure.

He’s risk-prone with the football both as a ball-carrier and passer, but again, a lot of that can be excused and understood through the lens of his age. The more experience he gets, the smarter you expect him to become. [The Draft Network]

• Should OSU be interested in this late free-agent running back from OKC?

Dominic Richardson will not attend TCU in the fall.
The former McGuinness star running back has been granted a release from his national letter of intent and can sign with any school, TCU coach Gary Patterson confirmed to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram on Wednesday.  [NewsOK]

Two notes about Richardson:

His departure from TCU is most-likely tied to five-star running back Zack Evans being a late add-in Fort Worth (not any other sort of issue). Also, OSU didn’t offer him as a recruit the first time around either (like Colin Clay).

For the record, Bobby A. says there’s no room in the class, and Richardson would need to juco first.
