Kick Times Announced for Oklahoma State’s Nonconference
OSU will play on CBS for the first time since 1987.
Football season is getting ever closer, as the Cowboys found out kick times for their opening three games of the 2025 season.
Oklahoma State’s season opener against UT-Martin is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Aug. 28 (a Thursday) on ESPN+. The Cowboys’ highly anticipated game against Oregon will kick at 2:30 p.m. (CT) on Sept. 6 on CBS. Then OSU’s Week 3 contest against Tulsa will kick at 6 p.m. Sept. 19 (a Friday) on ESPN.
OSU’s game against the Ducks with be the first time since the 1987 Sun Bowl that the Cowboys have played on CBS. It’s just the fourth time ever the Cowboys will play on the network. The Pokes are 0-1 against Oregon all-time with the only game coming in the 2008 Holiday Bowl, where the Ducks won 42-31.
OSU and UT-Martin have never met on the gridiron. An FCS member of the Ohio Valley Conference, the Skyhawks went 9-5 in 2024, making it to the second round of the FCS playoffs.
The Cowboys and Tulsa are super familiar with each other at this point, as OSU is 45-27-5 against the Golden Hurricane. OSU beat Tulsa 45-10 in Tulsa last season. The most recent game in Stillwater came in 2021, where OSU won a tighter 28-23 game before going on to win the Fiesta Bowl.

at Oregon — 2:30 p.m. Sept. 6 on CBS
Tulsa — 6 p.m. Sept. 19 (Friday) on ESPN
