Mason Rudolph and James Washington Are Still on the Same Page (Literally)
Mason Rudolph and James Washington have been in sync for quite a while. Their on-field chemistry is going on five years now and the thought of it continuing to the NFL’s stage (whenever that might happen) has the record-setting duo and Oklahoma State fans everywhere excited.

Each has answered plenty of questions about his counterpart as their common landing spot makes for great summer #content for both Pittsburgh Steelers sites as well as this one.
“It’s a dream come true,” Rudolph told Steelers.com. “I was thrilled to hear his name called in the second round. He’s a former teammate of mine. Well, current teammate, former teammate. It didn’t even click until I started watching the NFL Network after I got the call. I said, ‘Wait a minute. Isn’t that guy that I used to throw balls to coming here too?’ So it will be awesome.
“He’s going to be a great player. I can’t wait to play with him again. To go on the next level, the next chapter with one of your brothers, with your best receiver that you’ve spent your whole college days with, that’s going to be one heck of a ride.”
Washington shares the sentiment.
“Just for me to be able to be with my quarterback again sometime later down the road, it just means a lot because you don’t have to rebuild chemistry,” said Washington. “You can just step right in and get going.”
Recently, the two were separately asked about their favorite play from college and the pair, unsurprisingly, are still on the same page (this time literally).

It should be even less surprising that they came up with a play that involved Rudolph throwing a deep ball to his former (and hopefully future) No. 1 target.
