OSU Football: Kickoff Time, TV Details for Texas Game Announced
OSU-Texas this upcoming Saturday will be a brunch affair, the Big 12 announced on Sunday morning. It will be an 11:00 a.m. kickoff that airs on ABC from Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin.
Texas is coming off a close 29-24 loss to Oklahoma in the Red River Shootout on Saturday, and despite its 3-3 record, the Longhorns remain tied for second with OSU (and basically everyone else) in the Big 12 standings with a 2-1 league record.

Saturday’s game marks the first of OSU’s brutal midseason gauntlet many circled before the season. OSU must travel to Austin, then to Morgantown, then Bedlam in Stillwater, then a trip to Ames in back-to-back-to-back-to-back weeks.
After falling in its Big 12 opener to TCU, OSU has plenty of momentum to carry into Saturday after finding its offensive identity against Baylor on Saturday. We’ll see if that momentum travels south of the state line against an improved Texas defense.
