OSU QB Commit Shane Illingworth Named Under Armour All-American
The Cowboys have an All-American gunslinger commit.
Shane Illingworth will be in Stillwater on a visit this weekend, but he’ll be in Florida in January.
Illingworth, an Oklahoma State quarterback commit, was named an Under Armour All-American on Wednesday. OSU has been represented four times before in the game: Tylan Wallace (2017), Ra’Shaad Samples (2013), Shaun Lewis (2010) and Kye Staley (2008).
Listed at 6-foot-7, 234 pounds. Illingworth is a four-star prospect out of Norco High School in California. He is No. 10 among pro-style quarterbacks in the country.
Through the first four games in his senior season, Illingworth has thrown for 1,584 yards and 22 touchdowns.
KFOR’s Nate Feken went out to Norco and made a cool feature about the future Poke. At the least, it shows that Illingworth has great taste in shoes.
