OSU Ranked No. 14 in First Release of CFP Rankings
The College Football Playoff committee released the first rankings of the season on Tuesday evening, and Oklahoma State comes in at No. 14 in the first release.

For those who may be concerned, just remember that Ohio State (the defending national champion) was ranked No. 16 last year, before earning a No. 4 seed last year in the final release.
Oklahoma State still has No. 8 TCU, No. 6 Baylor, and No. 15 Oklahoma left on the schedule this season; there is plenty of time for the Cowboys to make a favorable impression with the committee.
