Poll Question Wednesday: Would You Rather Win the NIT or Get Crushed in the NCAA Tournament?
I honestly don’t know which way the answers to this one are going to go. Kyle Cox submitted this question today, and I really like it. As an OSU fan, would you rather the Pokes make the NCAA Tournament and get housed by 25 or win five games to take the NIT?
At first glance I think some people might think this is silly, but if you look at sports as a gateway to enjoyment or pleasure in your life, doesn’t five straight basketball victories (no matter the tournament) provide more units of joy than 40 minutes of getting smoked in the NCAA Tournament?
There’s an argument to be made there, at the very least. Anyway, happy voting and be sure to leave your comments and thoughts below as we will revisit this later on in the week.
