Uniforms
Ranking the football uniforms: No. 16
The white-orange-white uniform is a classic look which is usually a great thing, not as much in OSU’s case.
Uniform No. 16:Â White-Orange-White
Worn:Â Home against Savannah St.
Result:Â Win, 84-0
I don’t dislike these at all but with all the combinations (we’re up to, like 1,829,203 now, yes?) they feel…kind of outdated. If you would have showed 1993 OSU fan these things he likely would have reacted Buster…
…but this is 2013 and when you can roll out these babies why settle for a color combination you’ve had forever?
Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m all for tradition but OSU had changed its unis five times since 1990 so we’re not exactly talking a Notre Dame or OU leve here in terms of uniform culture.
I won’t complain if we wear them again, I’ll just wish we were wearing something else.
