Shirtless Mike Gundy Displayed at West Virginia Football Facility
Mike Gundy’s done a lot to build up his persona over the last few years. No longer is he just known for The Rant or dancing for his players after big wins. There’s the mullet and rattlesnakes and “the SportsCenter.” There’s the bare-chested peer pressuring of his franchise QB and the brazen but playful press conferences after a tough game.
It’s an amalgamation of all those things. And it’s not only that Gundy is comfortable in his own skin at 50, it also serves a secondary purpose (whether intentional or otherwise) of bringing attention to the head coach and the program. Any news is good news in the world we live in.
So it should be no surprise that the 13th-year CEO of OSU Football Inc. was found publicly displayed — in a very nice photo I might add — inside West Virginia’s football facility.
Talk about bulletin board material….just saw this in the @WVUfootball hallway. ??? pic.twitter.com/QWd7yhXDQx

Whether or not this gives the Mountaineers additional motivation for their home game against Oklahoma State, I have no idea. Or what that motivation would even be.
I just wonder which poor GA was tasked with cutting out that photo. He missed a sweet watermark, by the way.
