What a week it has been for Oklahoma State. Let’s look at some of the highlights in this week’s Social Media Roundup.
Cowboy Basketball
For the 36th time in school history, the Cowboys finish with a 20-win season and a school record-tying 15 home wins. the The foundation has been laid thanks to this team and YOU, the fans. #okstate pic.twitter.com/3kvmONQlpM

What a wild ride it's been. Thank you OSU for giving me unforgettable memories and the people I've met along the way. I'm truly thankful to be apart of it. ?? pic.twitter.com/gtHUmTsat2
— Jeffrey Carroll (@J30Carroll) March 22, 2018
This was my favorite play of the night. You can see @J30Carroll didn't even have to look back, he already knew @Ken2Smoove's three pointer was good. And it was clutch! #okstate pic.twitter.com/gBIgVnDEr0
— Sam Gannon (@SamGannon87) March 20, 2018
Some of you may know this already, but Big Mitch is about to graduate with a degree in engineering, while playing high-level college basketball, in only four years. Impressive stuff.
Mitchell Solomon, walking into the media room with a limp: "It's about to get emotional, so if you guys could make me look good while I'm crying, I'd appreciate it." #okstate

GIA & The Rowdy Being BACK
After the Stanford game.
Boynton: "Big part of that win goes to the crowd. They were terrific." #okstate
— Jimmy Gillispie (@jgillispie_stw) March 20, 2018
GIA was rocking tonight ! Big thanks to the fans. Might not have won that one without you. Now let’s go cheer on @OSUWBB ! #GoPokes

The Rowdy is definitely back in G.I.A. Along with one amazing coach @thacoachmike and a great coaching staff. It was a great year with my brothers.

Western Kentucky came in ready to play. Traded blows with OSU for 40 minutes and survived one ROWDY night in GIA. Won’t be surprised to see them win the NIT.

Cowgirl Basketball’s Season Comes to a Close
This team has been an incredible representation of what it means to be a Cowgirl (and Cowboy). Congrats on the great season, ladies!
What a year for these ladies and coach. Great regular season. Won the first round in NCAA tourney. Just came up a little short against a #1 seed to make it to the Sweet 16. Congrats and Pistols Firing! https://t.co/UoBw7GFKjH

So proud of @OSUWBB and the fight they had tonight! The people of Starkvegas were a great crowd. Also, congrats to @OSUMBB on a big win!

Really enjoyed getting to spend the past 5 days with @OSUWBB. I’ve been transporting teams for over 35 years, and this is as Classy group of people as I have ever been around. Starts at the top. #theydontcomenobetter!!! pic.twitter.com/jixcx7ufPo

Vanessa Shippy is having one heck of a season on her way to another All-American year.
The record for highest Batting Average in a single season is Sarah Graziano @CoastalSoftball .589. Currently Holly Spears @KentStSoftball is currently at .579 and Vanessa Shippy @CowgirlSB is at .563 https://t.co/Skgz2Kb1bd

A pretty solid choice for the Midseason Player of the Year, we'd say. ?? #okstate https://t.co/dFCHHE9NJK

On Coach Boynton
The end is always hard. My goal is to play on the final day of the season, and one day, we will. This team will be a big reason why. Thanks to all of our fans for embracing our kids and staff. The foundation is laid… The Rowdy is Back… And the future is bright. #GoPokes
— Mike Boynton (@thacoachmike) March 22, 2018
Thanks to all the media who covered our program this year. I appreciate your diligence, fair treatment of our athletes, and honest reporting. We certainly kept things interesting for you. See you (more of you also) again soon. #GoPokes
— Mike Boynton (@thacoachmike) March 22, 2018
Ready for that big surprise @thacoachmike promised? He had t-shirts made for the first 5,000 fans at tonight's game!
Time to get ROWDY! #letswork #okstate pic.twitter.com/xKxDPvChOw
— Cowboy Basketball (@OSUMBB) March 21, 2018
Mike Boynton vastly exceeded every expectation this season. This isn't where the Cowboys wanted to be, but if you asked a year ago what was in store for OSU basketball in Boynton's first year, you'd be thrilled to learn this was the answer. The future is bright for OSU hoops.
— Luke A. Garza (@LukeAGarza) March 22, 2018
At almost this same time last year after Boynton was hired, most people (including myself) thought the hoops program was dead. A year later, there’s a lot to be optimistic about. For that alone, this season was a massive success for Boynton

. @thacoachmike on former players coming back to GIA. Mentions the possibility of retiring on a farm in Stillwater. #okstate pic.twitter.com/xagIDWc7ce
— Carson Cunningham (@KOCOCarson) March 20, 2018
Fans and supporters should be nothing but proud of the way @thacoachmike and @OSUMBB fought all season long. Great building block for the bright future of this program. Bleeding orange, always!
— Yves Batoba (@YBatoba) March 22, 2018
Coach B is very active on Twitter. Don’t be afraid to @ him and show your appreciation.
Thankful for @thacoachmike

Hoping a contract extension is in the very near future.
Mike Boynton: "The person who saw this before anybody else was Mike Holder. … He saw something that nobody else saw before anybody else saw it."
— Nathan Ruiz (@NathanSRuiz) March 22, 2018
Mike Boynton asked if he plans on being back next year: "I have not talked to anybody else about a job. I'll say that. Mike Holder was the guy who gave me this opportunity. … At 35 years old, it means a lot to me. My family's very happy here."

Sad to see Dean’s career end in the fashion it did, but he is a legend. Wishing you the best, Mr. Heil.
