The difference between OSU and Oregon

Oregon released photos of its new facilities last week and one of them was of this barber shop where a professional barber will cut hair for football players on-site at “student rates.” (whatever that means)

At OSU we use (probably) a backup safety and (I’m guessing) he does it for free.

Can somebody look into an orange, black, and white swirly pole thingy to put up in ours?
