Tommy Tuberville Gets Caught With Hot Mic Recapping OSU-Iowa State
The booth duo of Tommy Tuberville and Mike Patrick on Saturday for the OSU-ISU game did not meet the standards of either fan base. A quick Twitter search of their names will draw in some incredible results — none of which are particular positive.
Even those not emotionally invested with either team, like Justin, an apparent Texas fan, gave a brutal review of the crew.
Mike Patrick and Tommy Tuberville are the worst announcers I've ever heard. This #OKSTvsISU is amazing and these guys are so boring. Huge plays, high score, back and forth, and they sound half asleep. @espnsbrother this is embarrassing.

That pretty much sums it up, Justin. After the game, though, ESPN thought it appropriate to get an instant analysis from Tuberville, who found out the hard way that hot mics can be brutal.
“That’s no fair, don’t make me do this s—,” he’s caught saying, later calling a fellow employee a derogatory word. His camerman followed that up with an all-timer. “I don’t even take a dump by myself, alright.”
All right, then.
Do as Harold says and scoot over to the 50 second mark. You won’t be disappointed.
Remember: the mic is ALWAYS HOT! Mike Patrick and Tommy Tuberville ..well just head to the :50 mark for the best stuff. pic.twitter.com/Rk0DLUmlel
