Here’s the slickest play from Tuesday’s game
Forte2Hickey2Carroll for the bucket.
Pretty slick work from three guards here. OSU won big which means pretty much nothing — the real (“real”) non-con schedule begins Friday night.
Forte is averaging a little over four steals a game and Hickey seems more than up to the task of replacing No. 33.
An interesting note: Through three games last season Smart had a 3:1 shots attempted to assists ratio. Hickey’s so far this season is 1.33:1.
I’m intrigued by this team.
Wary, no doubt, but optimistically intrigued.
