2018 Power Forward Robert Braswell Has OSU in Final 3 Schools
Three-star 2018 power forward prospect Robert Braswell, a 6-9 senior from Blythewood, South Carolina, has Oklahoma State in his final three schools according to Syracuse.com.
The Cowboys are in the running alongside UMass and Syracuse, the latter of which offered him a scholarship just this week.
Syracuse is late to the Braswell party, but it may not ultimately matter. OSU offered back in December, but the Orange, after missing out (surprisingly) on former Pitt commit Bryce Golden this week, are in scramble mode to bounce back from their stunning recruiting trail loss — and likely will with Braswell. All five 247Sports crystal ball predictions currently read Syracuse.
Which means OSU is likely on the outside looking in.
But the good news is that there appears to be an alternate plan in Huntington Prep 2018 prospect Maurice Calloo, who is expected to make an official visit to Oklahoma State next weekend. Calloo is a 6-foot-8, 210-pound prospect who was a heavy Illinois lean, but after announcing he was OSU-bound next weekend, his 247 crystal ball reads all OSU, and a decision could come soon after the visit.
