Report: Calvin Bundage Absent on Trip to Corvallis
OSU will be short-handed in its season opener.
The Cowboys will be without Calvin Bundage in Friday night’s season opener.
Bundage didn’t make the trip to Corvallis, according to GoPokes‘ Robert Allen via his spot on 107.7 The Franchise.
Robert Allen just said on @FranchiseOK that Calvin Bundage did not make the trip to Corvallis. #okstate

Bundage has been banged up throughout fall camp. A few weeks ago Gundy said Bundage was cleared to go full speed, but it looks as if he wasn’t ready in time for Game 1.
Bundage was behind safety-turned-linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez on the team’s first depth chart of the year. Bundage, a senior, has 35 games of experience to this point in his career, where he has 129 total tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks.
True freshman Na’drian Dizadare was listed with an or alongside Bundage on the depth chart. Defensive coordinator Jim Knowles has mentioned Dizadare will play this year, and it looks as if it will be sooner rather than later.
