Oklahoma State’s Defensive Line Has Been Dominant This Season
Through four games, Oklahoma State has three defensive lineman that rank among the top 25 players in the nation in tackles for loss, and two in the top 25 in sacks. With an inexperienced defensive tackle position and one that was questionable before the season, Vincent Taylor has stepped up and became a proven force.
Jimmy Bean, Emmanuel Ogbah, and Vincent Taylor rank No. 13, No. 20, and No. 20 (tied) in tackles for loss, respectively.
Emmanuel Ogbah also ranks No. 6 in the nation in sacks with five, while Jimmy Bean ranks No. 14 with four.
The defense is only allowing 129.3 yards per game rushing and four total rushing touchdowns this season for an average of 3.23 yards per rush.
