Bedlam Kick Time Put in Six-Day Window
We’ll have to wait a little longer on the Bedlam kick time.
The final Bedlam will have to wait just a little longer to get its kick time.
The Big 12 announced Monday that it has put Bedlam in a six-day window along with Houston at Baylor, Kansas at Iowa State, Kansas State at Texas and BYU at West Virginia. The only games to get set times for Week 10 were TCU at Texas Tech (6 p.m. Thursday on FS1) and UCF at Cincinnati (2:30 p.m. Saturday on FS1).
The past four editions of Bedlam have kicked in the evening slot. The game kicked at 2:30 p.m. in 2018. The game hasn’t kicked in the morning slot since 2016.
The game will be a big deal because it’s the final scheduled Bedlam ever (at this point), but it could be an even bigger deal should both teams take care of business this weekend.
The 5-2 Cowboys host Cincinnati this weekend. The 7-0 Sooners travel to Lawrence for a game against Kansas. OU is sitting pretty in regards to making the Big 12 Championship game, but OSU isn’t out of the race yet, having just one Big 12 loss. The Pokes could also have an opportunity to spoil the Sooners’ College Football Playoff hopes.
