Bentonville WR Jadon Jackson Includes OSU in Final 5 Schools
Three-star Bentonville wide receiver Jadon Jackson, a Class of 2019 prospect, included Oklahoma State among his final five schools this weekend. In no order, Auburn, Arkansas, Ole Miss and Missouri rounded out his list.
The Razorbacks have long been thought to be the favorite to keep him in state, but Jackson has shown strong interest in the Cowboys after they offered back in February. He made a campus visit for OSU’s “The Show” elite camp earlier this month and, with a new-look list, has a chance to make officials to all of his finalists before a decision.
As for when that decision may come, Jackson told 247Sports that it may be at any time when he feels he has found the right situation for him.
“It’s really wherever I feel comfortable and where I think I’ll be a good fit,” Jackson said.
Jackson has been a two-player for Bentonville West and was recruited by several schools as a defensive back, but it’s wide receiver where he’s decided he’ll play in college — which is good news, because that’s where OSU likes him.
The Cowboys are also after Millwood (OKC) standout Demariyon Houston, Midlothian (Texas) prospect Langston Anderson, and Melissa (Texas) receiver Kennedy Lewis, who recently committed to TCU, to fill out their position at wide receiver for the 2019 cycle.
