Nobody knows exactly how this is going to turn out because it all hinges on whether or not NIU is in the final top 16 of the BCS standings (they were #21 last week but beat one-loss Kent State in the MAC title game).
If they are in the top 16, they go to the Sugar, OU goes to the Cotton, Texas to the Alamo, OSU to the BWW.
The NIU-Oklahoma deal really does have a true Selection Sunday feel to it. Except machines are incorporated.

If they aren’t, and it’s going to be really really close, then OU to the Sugar, Texas to the Cotton, and probably OSU to the Alamo. Though as Kirk Bohls notes below, the Alamo could still take TCU or Baylor which, from a business standpoint, would probably be the better decision.
You want to take the team whose fans are happy to be there, not the one whose fans are bummed about how it finished the season.
I'm told Alamo still considering TCU and Baylor too

If OSU would have beat Baylor yesterday it could have had Georgia in the Cotton Bowl. So maybe we’re glad we didn’t beat Baylor yesterday…
Here are the latest projections from the publications that have released their updated standings[1. ESPN hasn’t updated theirs but based on what they had last week (OSU in the Alamo) and what happened yesterday (nothing, really), one can assume this is what they would project].

Apparently the thing that could affect all of this is if Northern Illinois backdoors their way into the Sugar Bowl. That move is predicated on what the computers and polls spit out this morning and we should know whether or not it’s going to happen by lunch.
If it does happen that would probably bump OU to the Cotton, Texas to the Alamo, and OSU to the Holiday or Buffalo Wild Wings.
Personally, I can’t think of a better matchup for this suddenly-reeling Cowboy squad than the other OSU in San Antonio.
