Cade Cunningham, Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe Working Out Together in Texas
Offseason work, quarantine style.
Future (and current) Oklahoma State players have flocked to Texas to get work together this offseason.
In videos posted to Instagram by Cade Cunningham’s trainer, it appears Cade Cunningham, Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe and even Chris Harris Jr. have been training together in recent days.
Here’s a look at two of the trio — Cunningham and Moncrieffe — throwing a medicine ball back and forth at one another.
And here’s the two running a halfcourt drill to work on Cunningham’s dribbling.
Chris Harris Jr. — whose dad is heavily involved in training in Texas — also got involved in the fun.
It’s not a massive deal for teammates to get together for offseason work, but this is a pandemic, after all. And with Cunningham coming in next season, there’s a lot of folks hoping he — and the rest of the incoming class and current class — gel early on. The fact that even a few are able to get some type of offseason training together amidst this health crisis is great news.
