OSU Bullets
• Will the Cowboys’ offensive line create room for Ollie Gordon? (NewsOK)
• 247 Sports ranked Alan Bowman, OSU’s presumptive starter, the No. 60 starting QB in the Power Five (247 Sports)
• It’s not unreasonable to project that the Big 12’s TV numbers could keep increasing under the new contract and it has to do with the window of time they could own with their five Mountain Time Zone teams:
USC, UCLA, Washington, Oregon are bigger brands than Colorado, Utah and the Arizona schools. Thus the Big Ten’s western front is more likely to be chosen for higher-profile games shown earlier in the day.
Meanwhile, the Big 12’s western schools could be chosen for “After Dark” based on the likelihood that even a marquee matchup – OSU at BYU, Kansas State at Utah – would not likely fare well earlier in the day but would do big numbers, compared to the competition, late night.
[NewsOK]
• The Pokes will take on the Bonnies of St. Bonaventure the week before Thanksgiving in Brooklyn (College Hoops Today)
• LA Rams are kicking the tires on Cowboy kicker Tanner Brown (Rams Wire)
• Gosh don’t make us pick, Tyler.
Non-OSU Bullets
• This Johnny Manziel documentary sounds like must-watch TV
• What if we’re the bad guys here?
So good.
