OSU Bullets
• OSU coordinators Sean Brophy and Skyler Cassity focus on the boring over the buzzworthy, and why fans should like that. [PFB]
• Brophy also talked about how important (and difficult) it can be to keep a quality back QB.
“…if those guys can’t handle it mentally, they’re not going to stick around here that long.” [Tulsa World]
• Cowboy defensive tackle Fatafehi Vailea II is bouncing back from a major injury, but he’s found a smooth transition from Denton to Stillwater. [PFB]
• Following his national title as a freshman, Landon Robideau is set to make a splash at the U20 World Championships.
“I think he’s definitely making jumps,” said OSU coach David Taylor of Robideau’s offseason. “He’s done a good job. Like, he was very driven this year when the season was over. Like, he was ready for what was coming next. That’s a great sign. Not a surprise. Landon’s a pretty unique kid.” [PFB]
• Steve Lutz sends out a third in-state offer in the last two days.
Oklahoma State has now offered three of the Oklahoma’s top 2028 basketball recruits in Keaton Murry, Parker McDaniel and Rodney Washington this past week.
