So the Cowboys come up short (in some cases way short) at quarterback, cornerback and wide receiver. The Cowboys come out ahead at offensive line and tight end.
OSU needs to get better via the portal, not just tread water. And the Cowboys didnโt even do that via the portal this off-season.
If OSU football is going to improve in 2023, itโs going to have to come internally. The portal is not offering a positive makeover.
